You can place your order in one of the following ways:

  1. Online - just follow the steps to take you through our secure Checkout process.  You will receive an email confirming your order and another confirming when the order has been despatched to your delivery address
  2. Telephone - please contact us on 03333 449 333.  Calls to this number are charged at local rates
  3. Post - please download and print the downloadable order form and post to us at:

Payment

You can pay for your order in a number of ways:

  1. By debit or credit card, through our secure online Checkout process
  2. If you have a PayPal account, you can pay for your online order via PayPal
  3. By cheque.  If you would like to pay for your order by cheque, please call us and we will take the details of your order and give you the details of where to send your cheque.  Please note that for orders paid for by cheque, the goods will not be despatched until cleared payment is received from your bank - this is because the banks no longer operate a cheque guarantee scheme.  If ordering by post, you can send your cheque with your completed order form.  However we do recommend that you call us first to confirm delivery charges and the total order cost.

Our card payments, for both telephone and online orders, are processed by PayPal using secure, encrypted systems.  Girls Love Ponies do not store any of your card details.  We use a SSL, the approved encryption process for dealing with card transactions.  If you would like to know any more about our security processes, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email - your confidence in buying from us is very important.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchases.  If, however, you wish to return an item for any reason, please return your purchase within 10 days of delivery, in its original condition, for an exchange or full refund.  We cannot refund postage and packing charges, nor the original delivery charges, unless the item is faulty.  Please package the item(s) securely to avoid damage during shipment.  

We offer a 'no quibble' guarantee of satisfaction and you can return your purchase with 'no questions asked'.  However, it would really help us to know why you are returning the item.  We have included a 'Reason for return' box on the delivery note.  By completing this, you can help us improve our products and service to you.  

Of course, we like to do everything we can to keep our customers happy.  Please feel free to contact us by phone or email about your purchases, and before you return anything to us, if possible - to give us a chance to put things right if there is something you are not happy with!

Although we always try our very best to get things right, we do sometimes make mistakes.  However, as a family run business, the person who has made the mistake is also the one who can sort it out - so you will always get the personal touch, and a prompt and courteous answer to any question or query.
